Acceptable, but Some Issues
faint stale smokeflickering treadmill screen
The room smelled faintly of stale smoke. The air freshener they used didn't help! I also found the gym equipment pretty limited, and the treadmill screen flickered a lot, so that was annoying. I thought about complaining but honestly, I just wanted to get my workout done. It's not a bad hotel, but it didn't quite live up to what I'd hoped for.

The hotel received an upgrade and it shows. The rooms are VERY clean. Breakfast was good and the location in the town is excellent. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were all excellent with a friendly and cute approach from everyone. I appreciated the excellent service.
The beds were uncomfortable. They are too soft and with a sagged mattress. The food options in the restaurant and bar were mediocre, AND expensive. I found the interior pool disappointing and the vertical hydromassage shower was either completely broken OR it is a joke.

I was so thrilled with my stay! the room was spacious and very clean with a fantastic view. i found the bed comfortable and the room was nicely furnished. Perfect.
the pool area was smaller than i expected. the pictures made it seem larger. it would be great to see some improvements there.

I adored this location directly on the beach with great access to open water swimming. It's close to wonderful restaurants. The hotel has convenient parking with direct access. The kids club is a nice touch, and the hotel decoration is very pretty!!!
The pillows weren't great, which detracted slightly from an otherwise perfect stay.
